Keys Dermatology is a warm and welcoming dermatology practice with locations in Islamorada and Key West, Florida. Our experienced team have been serving the Florida Keys community for over 25 years. It’s our mission to provide the highest quality of dermatological services by ensuring that each patient who visits our practice receives the personalized attention and care that he or she deserves. We approach every person as a unique individual and offer skincare services that address your specific concerns – no matter how big or small they may be.

Dr. Frank Don
DO
Dr. Frank Don is a board-certified dermatologist dedicated to delivering exceptional care at Keys Dermatology. He specializes in dermatologic surgery and clinical dermatology. He completed his medical degree at Nova Southeastern University, followed by a dermatology residency at Wellington Regional Medical Center. Dr. Don also completed a family medicine residency at Westchester General Hospital.

Dr. Darel D. Pruett
DO
Dr. Darel D. Pruett is a dermatologist in the Florida Keys and is the founder of Keys Dermatology. He received his medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences College of Osteopathic Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years.

DeeDee Vazquez
PA-C
DeeDee Vazquez, PA-C is a certified physician assistant with a concentration in dermatology and more than 20 years of clinical experience. At Keys Dermatology, DeeDee provides a wide range of services, including conducting skin cancer screenings and educating patients on various dermatological conditions.

Kelly Balestra
PA-C
Kelly Balestra, PA-C has been with Keys Dermatology since 2018. She attended Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL where she obtained her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies in 2009. She earned her Bachelor’s of science degree from Youngstown State University in 2006. Kelly has been practicing dermatology for over fifteen years and worked in the Washington DC metro area before moving to the Keys. She enjoys practicing medical and cosmetic dermatology.

Morgan Miles
PA-C
Morgan Miles, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in medical and surgical dermatology. She earned her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from The University of Texas Medical Branch and her Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Texas at Austin, where she also completed minors in Psychology and Pre-Health Professions.
